The church is very big that it can accommodate about a minimum of 800 (Eight Hundred) worshippers in a single service. There are four services every Sunday at St John Cou Busia conducted within the following time lines;
- Morning Glory service 6:00 am to 7:30 am
- English Main service 7:30 am to 9:30 am
- Luganda service 9:30am to 11:30 am
- Lusamia Lugwe service 11:30 am to 1:00 pm
Wednesday services are conducted every Wednesday of the week starting at 7:00 to 8:30am with continues fellowships for the rest of the week days.
Zonal Fellowships
- Monday: Solo A Zone from 3:00pm to 5:00pm
- Tuesday: Solo B Zone from 7:00 am to 8:00am
- Tuesday: Equity Bank Devotional prayers 7:00am to 8:00am
- Thursday: Namaubi Zone from 3:00pm to 5:00pm
- Friday: Nangwe Mugungu Zone 3:00pm to 5:00pm
- Saturday: Born again fellowships from 9:00am to 11:00 am
